Cancellations

At this time, SHILOH HOUSE FARM DOES NOT accept order cancellations. Please be sure that your order is correct & accurate to the best of your knowledge prior to submitting any purchases.

Returns and exchanges

SHILOH HOUSE FARM does not offer order returns or exchanges.

 

We want you as the customer to be pleased with your purchase and to continue to shop with us, however, any handmade goods that are purchased through this website, are not eligible for return, due to the nature and time of handmaking each order.

 

Any goods purchased from our website that are printed , processed or shipped by an outside supplier we use, will have their own return and exchange policies. We are glad to assist you in those transactions, should there be a need arise for that. 

 

We hope that you are happy with your goods and that you enjoy what you purchase here. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your experience better.

If an item arrives to you damaged or not as listed on our website, please reach out and we will do our best to stand by our goods & see what we do to honor our integrity and to keep your as a customer.

Digital goods are not eligible for cancellations or refunds.

Shipping

​​

Please double and triple check that your billing and shipping addresses are correct before placing an order. If a customer does not input the correct address or there is an error on the customers’ part that results in the package being returned to us, we are not responsible for shipping the item again.

If a package is returned to us, we will contact you via email immediately. You can either choose to receive a refund or pay for shipping again.

If the error is our doing and results in the package being returned to us, we will ship the item again with no extra cost to the customer.

Lost and stolen packages

  SHILOH HOUSE FARM will not be held responsible for any packages that are lost or missing during shipping.

​

Once the order has been fulfilled and the package has been marked “shipped" with a tracking number provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier if you do not receive your package in a timely manner.
