Products & Goods
We are a small home based business that creates and stocks handmade items in small batch fashion ~ meaning , I make & create as I am able & stock as I have goods available. Some of my handmade goods are custom & can be ordered according to your need, & those goods have available options in their respective listings.

I also create Printed Goods, which are available to purchase at all times (dependent on supplier) & those goods are printed, packaged & shipped from a supplier.
Do you Ship Internationally?
I currently only ship to the UNITED STATES. Due to Shipping Rates of the current Economy , I do not plan to ship internationally at this time. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.
Shipping & Receiving Orders
Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days from the date of your purchase . But keep in mind , for handmade items, larger items may take up to 2 weeks, to make & ship. If you ever need an item in a more timely manner, please contact me and I will be glad to try to work with you.

Items that are not handmade, but are printed & shipped by our suppliers, have their own shipping standards & timelines and you will receive confirmations of those as you order those items.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the timely nature of handmade goods, I do not offer returns or exchanges on handmade goods, unless they are damaged or what you receive does not match the listing.

For all other goods, the return policy is handled through the supplier and you can contact me and I will assist you in the process through the respective supplier.
